Special Offers of Prototype Products

ver. 1.00.4

last revision date: 03/08/2012

UPDATE as of March 8, 2012. Due to the fact that my inner guidance is asking me to spend more time on my work in the spiritual realms, the sale of all products listed on this website will cease at midnight on April 3, 2012. I do, however, plan to leave the website "on the air", that is, on the web, for years to come, because I have received so many compliments over the years from researchers about the quality of information presented herein.

June 7, 2007 update to the information displayed below:

All of the in-stock pre-filled cardboard MEOW prototype kettles models SM-0.6, SM-1 and SM-2 have been sold. The models SM-0.6 and SM-1 are no longer available. Whenever we have any of the MEOW
cardboard oatmeal can model SM-2 kettles available, pre-filled with magnetite and supplemental mixture, we will list them as "AVAILABLE" in the SM-2 section below. Please enquire before ordering/paying.

The traditional MEOW cardboard oatmeal can version, pre-filled with magnetite sand, is still available.

Announcement of a Limited Offering of a Few of My Original MEOW SM-0.6, SM-1 and SM-2 Cardboard Oatmeal Can Prototypes

With only one exception, the prototype MEOW kettle shells (i.e., they are normally sold without magnetite; the purchaser procures their own magnetite) listed on the prototype products page of this website are all made with sophisticated and sturdy all-plastic construction, and also usually will hold between 23 and 29 pounds of magnetite sand, which is considerably more than the 7.5 to 10.5 pounds of magnetite sand which will fit into the intercoaxial cylinder space of a traditional MEOW device assembled with a cardboard oatmeal can. However, due to the more robust and sturdy all-plastic construction, and due to the much larger size of these shells, the prices for these plastic MEOW kettle shells are significant. Several folks have asked me at times if I could and would also offer versions of the SM-1 and SM-2 models (they each use the same internal magnet geometry, but the SM-2 model contains a larger and more powerful magnet) of the MEOW kettles crafted using a cardboard oatmeal can in order to reduce costs, since the amount of magnetite sand required would be far less, and the device itself would be quite a bit less expensive due to all-cardboard construction (that is, except for the magnet and its resin/EM ceramic shell.)

In light of those requests, and also in light of the fact that I have been able to refine the production technique for creating cardboard "oatmeal can" versions of the SM-1 and SM-2 MEOW kettle technologies, I am offering at this time one each of several models of MEOW kettles, all constructed using cardboard oatmeal design, each already filled with magnetite sand (with my supplemental mixture already blended in the sand, and each crafted using
syntropic antioxidative microbe technology as well). A list of the products which I am offering in this limited offer follows; I have only one of each model for sale at this time; they are listed below.

Notes on Terms and Shipping
We will be packing each kettle very carefully for shipping, as each is prefilled with 8.5 to 10.3 pounds of magnetite sand, and the SM-0.6, SM-1 and SM-2 models also each contain a large and powerful magnet. I figure that even if the top seal on the cardboard can should rupture during shipping and some of the magnetite were to leak into the surrounding plastic bag, there is no net harm done, as it will be an easy matter for the purchaser to simply scoop any escaped magnetite sand back into the intercoaxial shell and then replace the ring seals at the top of the magnetite shell.

A list of the offerings follow; I am offering only one of each model for sale at this time; please contact me by email if you are interested. First come and first paid, first served; all sales final. Terms and conditions of sale are as listed at the bottom of this page and also on the prototype products page.

Again, Notes on Terms and Shipping

Reminder about Terms and Conditions of Offer

A list of the special prototype product offerings may be found above; I am offering only one of each model for sale at this time; please contact me by email if you are interested; first come and first paid, first served; all sales final. Terms and conditions of sale are as listed below and as shown on the prototype products page.

General Terms and Return/Refund Policies

These terms apply to any and all devices shown or offered on this page and on this website.

Basics
We cannot sell to residents of Maryland or Illinois.

These are prototypes. These one-of-a-kind cardboard shell prototypes are hand-made and may not be "pretty". They are not consumer commodity items and rather, are PoP prototypes intended for experimenters and researchers.

Remember that we offer no warranty or guarantee, express or implied. All sales are final. No returns, no refunds, no samples, no trade-ins toward later purchases. We do not sell consumer items, but rather only sell PoP prototype experimental research devices to researchers, engineers, scientists, commercial R&D laboratories and OEMs.

All sales are final. Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled or changed and no refunds are possible.

All orders must be prepaid. We usually ship these cardboard prototype devices within one to two weeks of receipt of cleared payment.

All customers outside USA are responsible for paying any customs fees, broker fees, import duty and any other fees which may be incurred by shipment of products.

These are PoP Prototype Devices; They May Not be "Pretty"
Please understand that any and all products are PoP prototype devices, and are sold as prototype experimental research devices only, and with no attendant claims of performance or effect. All sales are final. We have a no-return policy, and so there are no returns or refunds allowed, accepted or offered; likewise we cannot accept trade-ins of already-purchased prototypes toward purchases of other (i.e., more expensive) prototype models. There are no guarantees or warranties as to performance, effects, results, or workability offered, expressed, or implied. There are no other warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. This is largely because these devices are offered ONLY on a very limited basis, are not offered on the consumer marketplace, and are offered only as proof of principle (PoP, aka proof of concept) prototypes. In other words these are engineering evaluation prototypes, designed for use by experimenters, researchers, scientists and engineers.

Since these are proof-of-performance (PoP) prototypes (aka proof of concept prototypes) and each unit has been carefully handcrafted manually and designed and engineered primarily for functionality, and thus they will look as if they were built by hand, complete with variations in appearance and consistency of design or engineering across models and within models; the devices may not be "pretty" from an aesthetic point of view. In other words, these devices are NOT polished consumer-oriented devices produced by automated assembly-line mass-production lines, and rather, are constructed by hand. You must realize that there will be some variance in appearance across devices within the same model, and most of the devices may bear one or more cosmetic blemishes due to the manual nature of the assembly process. Further, these devices bear simple waterproof printed paper labels bearing only text, instead of the fancier multi-colored labels complete with images or logos often found on mass-produced consumer devices. Likewise, if you were to examine the interior of the devices, you will notice considerable variance in appearance and layout even within a model line as we experiment with various methods of component placement, and also due to availability of certain key components.

Note on Quoted Ground Shipping Costs Within USA
Most prototype products listed herein will disclose a typical S/H charge for domestic shipping and handling within the domestic contiguous mainland USA. For shipping to other points in the USA such as Hawaii or to USA territories, please contact us for a quote for S/H fees.

Some Brief Notes and Terms for Orders and Shipping Outside USA
Please note that at this time, our pre-filled cardboard MEOW kettles cannot be shipped outside domestic mainland USA and cannot be shipped by air transportation, due to their weight, delicacy and presence of powerful magnets within the devices. SM-3 technology kettles similarly cannot be shipped outside domestic mainland USA due to the presence of powerful magnets within the devices and the size of container required.

Yes, pursuant to the exceptions noted above, we do ship regularly to countries outside the USA. We usually ship outside-US orders via USPS Global Express Mail insured, as it is relatively inexpensive and quite reliable, and even offers a modicum of a tracking number. If you need a quote on S/H charges via USPS Global Express Mail to your country for one or more devices, please just ask and I will send you an exact S/H charge quote via return email. We can also ship to foreign countries via UPS if you ask, but that mode of shipping is considerably more expensive than USPS Global Express Mail. For all outside-USA shipping, we provide a full Customs shipping declaration sheet. Customer bears responsibility for any and all Customs charges or surcharges imposed by Customs or their government agencies.

While we do ship all packages insured, we are responsible for shipping orders only, and once shipped, our responsibility has ended. The customer takes fully responsibility for the package once we have shipped it at our local shipping depot.

Payment
If you are interested in purchasing one of these special offer cardboard shell prototypes, you must contact me (Vinny) first; first come and first-paid, first served. All sales final.

All orders must be prepaid. Shipment time for most orders is within one to two weeks of receipt of cleared payment. Lead time on larger orders may be longer. Expedited preparation and shipping may be available at a surcharge of $60 to $200 per device.

All sales are final. Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled or changed and no refunds are possible.
